Paul | Developer

I found Paul on a Facebook group - just a few days before he deleted Facebook. He'd posted about wanting to use his tech skills for good. I had to get in touch! He was only 18 then and our then CTO - Richard, couldn't believe the brilliance this young developer had. We hired him right away and almost 7 years later, I thank my lucky stars every day. He's constantly at the cutting edge of tech and is instrumental in building many of our internal (and external!) tools and platforms. My son Kai also said his first word to Paul - when Kai was just 6 months old. Game recognises game.

Being very unconventional in regards to his education since a very young age, preferring to listen to history audio books than actually paying attention to his history teacher, he didn’t pursue a computer science degree but instead took the path of the autodidact.

When he isn’t glued to a computer screen, Paul spends his time listening to podcasts, his favourite being Hardcore History, trying to learn Swedish, and training his German Shepherds.
